Interlink Electronics, Inc. Securities Litigation Settlement
(NasdaqGM: LINK)

In this lawsuit, Lead Plaintiffs asserted that during the class period, Defendants Interlink,  E. Michael Thoben and Paul D. Meyer made materially false and/or misleading statements regarding, among other things, Interlink’s purported financial condition, operations, accounting, growth, income, earnings and prospects.

Specifically, Lead Plaintiffs asserted that Defendants violated Sections 11, 12(2), and 15 of the Securities Act, and Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder. Defendants vigorously deny allegations of wrongdoing or any liability whatsoever.

The Court did not finally decide in favor of the Plaintiffs or Defendants.  Instead, the parties mediated at arm's length under the supervision of Justice Howard B. Wiener (Ret.), and, thereafter, continued negotiations.  During these negotiations the parties agreed to a settlement.  Lead Plaintiffs and their attorneys believe the settlement is best for the Class.

The settlement will provide a $5,000,000.00 cash settlement fund for the benefit of investors who bought shares of Interlink common stock between April 24, 2003 and November 1, 2005, inclusive. In order to participate in the distribution of the settlement, you must send a completed and signed Proof of Claim and Release Form to the Claims Administrator’s Office postmarked no later than July 3, 2009 and must be mailed to:
